Role Overview

As our Performance Marketing Specialist, you will be a key growth driver across our global expansion efforts. Youll lead paid performance marketing initiatives for Hanpoom.com and Kimsbasket.com, launching and scaling campaigns that reach Korean food and culture lovers in the U.S., Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Hong Kong, and Taiwan. Your goal is simple: grow profitably and globally by turning paid search and display ads into loyal customers.

This is a strategic and hands-on role reporting directly to the CEO and working alongside product and business development teams. You will own end-to-end campaign performancefrom planning and setup to optimization and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize Multi-platform ad campaigns (Google search, shopping, youtube, facebook, instagram, tiktok etc.)
  • Launch and manage campaigns for multiple regions with localized targeting and messaging
  • Monitor key metrics including ROAS, CAC, CTR, and conversion rates
  • Set monthly, quarterly, yearly google AD strategy and budget
  • Conduct keyword research and audience segmentation for multilingual (English/Korean) campaigns
  • Collaborate with design, product, and business teams to develop landing pages and campaign assets
  • Build weekly, monthly campaign reports
  • Support overall English-language service expansion efforts through paid acquisition
  • Support creation of social media content for our brand (participate in schedule shoots with PH teammates)
  • Stay current on global trends, platform updates, and competitive benchmarks

Minimum Qualifications

  • 3+ years experience managing ad campaigns for e-commerce or consumer brands
  • Strong grasp of performance marketing concepts (ROAS, CAC, LTV, funnel optimization, attribution)
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads Manager, Analytics, Merchant Center, Tag Manager, Meta Business Suite, Tiktok Ads Manager and UTM tracking
  • Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making
  • Fluency in English (Korean is a plus)
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote-first environment

Nice-to-have

  • Experience managing international and multi-language campaigns
  • Understanding of cross-border commerce, food/grocery, or Asian markets
  • Familiarity with remarketing, feed-based shopping ads, and dynamic creative optimization
  • Experience using AI tools to accelerate campaign planning or optimization

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9AM - 6PM Philippine time

Work Setup: 100% WFH
