About the role
The Performance Marketing Specialist role will play a critical role in driving quality digital acquisition and retention for GoTyme Bank through strategic digital media campaigns. This includes working closely with internal teams as well as external stakeholders. Your focus will be on monitoring campaign performance, optimizing campaign effectiveness and efficiency, and creating reports that will help drive important business decisions.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic digital media campaigns to drive awareness, acquisition, and retention for the digital bank.
- Collaborate with internal teams to define campaign objectives, target audiences, and messaging.
- Work closely with the internal creatives team to develop compelling ad creatives and landing pages that align with campaign goals.
- Liaise with media agencies and partners to plan, execute, and optimize media buys across various channels including social media, display and video advertising, search, and app campaigns, among many others.
- Monitor campaign performance across multi-channel analytics to analyze key metrics, and identify opportunities for optimization and experimentation.
- Generate regular reports to track campaign performance, ROI, KPIs, and provide actionable insights to inform business decisions and monitor cost per acquisition.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies in performance marketing.
Must haves
- Degree in marketing, advertising, business, or related field
- With working experience in performance marketing, particularly in app marketing (acquisition and retention)
- Preferably has experience in campaign and channel analysis and reporting with proficiency in marketing analytics.
- Proficiency in digital marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and TikTok Ads Manager, among many others.
- Preferably with working experience managing campaigns with mobile measurement partners like Appsflyer or Adjust is a plus.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Creative problem solver with a strategic mindset and a results-driven approach.
- Familiarity with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization techniques.
