Role: Performance Marketing Specialist

Work Arrangement: Hybrid

Location: Philippines - Angeles, Makati, Ortigas

Schedule: Morning/Night shift

Job description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and drive end-to-end lead generation strategies targeting US-based decision-makers (e.g., CEOs, CFOs, HR leaders)
  • Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across email and geo-fencing channels
  • Build and manage email marketing programs including segmentation, automation, A/B testing, and lead nurturing workflows
  • Design and execute geo-fencing campaigns to target specific locations, events, and high-value audiences
  • Develop and optimize funnels from audience targeting to lead capture, nurturing, and conversion into qualified sales meetings
  • Partner closely with sales teams to align on ICP, lead quality, follow-up, and conversion metrics
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance (leads, MQLs, SQLs, meetings booked, pipeline generated)
  • Continuously optimize campaigns to improve conversion rates, cost per lead, and ROI
  • Manage and leverage marketing tools such as CRM platforms, email automation tools, and geo-fencing/ad tech platforms
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in B2B performance marketing and demand generation

What Success Looks Like:

  • Consistent generation of qualified US-based B2B leads and booked sales meetings
  • Strong contribution to pipeline growth and new client acquisition
  • High-performing, well-optimized campaigns with strong ROI and conversion rates
  • Effective alignment with sales, resulting in improved lead-to-close conversion

Non-negotiable skills and requirements:

  • 4–8+ years of experience in performance marketing or demand generation, preferably in a B2B environment
  • Proven track record of generating qualified leads, booked meetings, and contributing to sales pipeline growth
  • Strong hands-on experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Klaviyo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar)
  • Experience with geo-fencing and location-based marketing strategies/tools
  • Strong understanding of B2B targeting, ICP development, and buyer journeys
  • Experience with marketing automation, segmentation, and A/B testing
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Comfortable working US hours (Charlotte, NC time zone)
