The Role
Acceler8 AI is hiring a Performance Marketing Specialist to architect and operate the company's inbound demand generation engine — the systematic acquisition of qualified B2B pipeline for our X8 FLEX growth pods and our Custom Growth Consulting and Bespoke AI Engineering practice, across APAC and MENA.
You will own the full inbound funnel: paid acquisition, conversion architecture, lead qualification, and lifecycle nurture — delivering sales-ready pipeline to our Business Development team through a defined MQL-to-SQL handoff framework. The mandate is to establish inbound as a scalable, measurable, cost-efficient acquisition channel operating in parallel with our outbound motion, with unit economics that strengthen as the engine matures.
This is a demand generation role with revenue-aligned incentives, not a quota-carrying sales position. Pipeline conversion is owned by Business Development. Your performance is measured on pipeline volume, lead quality, and acquisition efficiency — dimensions you control end-to-end.
You will be the first dedicated inbound hire inside an established go-to-market team: a Business Development Manager who owns closing, an outbound SDR, and a dedicated Ad Ops Specialist. This role is built for an operator who builds systems, not one who maintains them. If you want a quiet seat running someone else's playbook, this is not the role.
What You'll Own
· Inbound demand architecture: ICP definition per offering, channel strategy, budget allocation and pacing, and full-funnel measurement from first touch to CRM handoff.
· Paid acquisition for the Acceler8 AI brand across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and Programmatic Media- campaigns you personally launch, pace, and optimize for B2B lead quality and pipeline contribution.
· Conversion infrastructure: landing pages, structured A/B testing, and direct-response messaging discipline across every asset in the funnel.
· Tracking and measurement: GTM, pixel and conversion API implementation (Meta CAPI, Google Enhanced Conversions), UTM governance, and clean data flow into the CRM.
· Lead qualification framework: MQL and SQL definitions, lead scoring, and the CRM handoff SLA - co-developed with Business Development in your first month, ensuring you are measured against criteria you helped define.
· Lifecycle marketing and automation: nurture sequences, retargeting audiences, and follow-up architecture that converts engagement into accepted meetings.
· Performance targets: inbound engine live by day 60; 15+ MQLs and 5+ accepted SQLs per month by month 3; 40+ MQLs, 12+ accepted SQLs, cost per SQL at or below target.
· Executive-grade reporting, fully owned: a live demand dashboard (GA4, Looker Studio) covering spend, MQL and SQL volume, cost per SQL, and pipeline value — delivered weekly without prompting.
· Demand playbook contribution: nurture templates, audience libraries, benchmark packs, and at least one reusable asset per month that compounds team capability.
What We're Looking For
· 2 to 4 years of hands-on performance or growth marketing experience at a performance-led agency, SaaS, D2C, or marketplace business or tech startups and scale-ups. You have personally launched and optimized campaigns on at least two major ad platforms.
· At least one funnel built end-to-end : acquisition, landing environment, lead capture, CRM — with quantified outcomes: CPL or cost per SQL, lead volume, and downstream conversion evidence. Bring specifics.
· B2B demand generation fluency: MQL and SQL frameworks, lead scoring methodology, and a working understanding of why sales teams accept or reject marketing-sourced leads.
· Tagging and measurement fluency: GTM, pixel implementation, conversion APIs, UTM governance, and a clear-eyed view of platform-native reporting limits.
· Analytics depth: GA4 and Looker Studio at minimum; you build your own dashboards. Spreadsheet fluency expected; SQL a plus.
· Direct-response messaging instincts: you can write a landing page headline and an ad hook unaided, and you validate through testing rather than debate.
· Clear and confident communicator: strong written and verbal English, Filipino fluency, and the discipline to report underperformance as plainly as outperformance.
· Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, statistics, economics, communications, or a related quantitative or commercial field.
Bonus Points if you have:
· AI-Driven CRM and Sales automation experience: workflows, lead scoring, lifecycle stage architecture.
· AI tooling embedded in your daily workflow: creative generation, audience modeling, reporting automation, or landing page iteration at AI-native speed.
· Webinar-, event-, or partnership-led demand generation experience — or direct exposure to the white-label agency model on either side of the relationship.
· Founding or early marketing-hire experience at an early-stage company: you have built demand infrastructure from zero.
· Public work we can evaluate: funnels, teardowns, portfolio pages, or repositories. We read links.

Your First 90 Days:
Day 30, Foundation. ICPs documented per offering. Tracking infrastructure, analytics, and landing environment live. MQL and SQL definitions and the CRM handoff SLA formalized in writing with Business Development. A 30-day diagnostic submitted to the CEO identifying the three highest-leverage inbound channels and the investment plan to validate them.
Day 60, Ignition. Engine live on at least two paid channels with first MQLs flowing. First nurture sequence shipped. Weekly demand dashboard operational and delivered without prompting. Baseline CPL and cost per SQL established, with a documented optimization plan against both.
Day 90, Proof. 15+ MQLs and 5+ accepted SQLs delivered in the month. A functioning lead-quality feedback loop with Business Development. One reusable playbook asset shipped. A forecast to the month-6 run-rate — 40+ MQLs, 12+ SQLs, marketing-sourced pipeline — that you are prepared to defend line by line.
