About the role:
We're looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Specialist who's ready to take ownership of our paid channels and accelerate their growth. You'll shape, launch, and optimize high-impact campaigns across Google Ads and Paid Social, partnering closely with content, design, and campaign teams to deliver standout results
Responsibilities:
- Lead Campaign Strategy: Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns with a strong focus on Google Ads (Pmax, DemandGen, Shopping) Social Media (LinkedIn, Meta, Reddit), as well as retargeting, and third-party collaborations
- Budget Management: Effectively manage channel and campaign budgets to maximize ROI
- Data-Driven Optimization: Analyze and report on campaign performance, continuously optimizing KPIs and ROI with actionable recommendations
- Stakeholder Support: Advise and support internal teams by providing paid media guidance, performance insights, and best-practice recommendations to enhance overall results.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with content, design, and campaign teams, and manage relationships with external freelancers and agencies
- Stay Ahead of Trends: Stay informed on digital advertising innovations, platform updates, and emerging trends, and actively to maintain best-in-class performance
Position Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years managing paid media campaigns, particularly across Google Ads and Social Media. Experience with SEA, PPC campaigns (Google, Yahoo, Bing) is a plus
- Familiarity with CRM and reporting tools (SFDC, Adobe Analytics, Eloqua, windsor.ai) is essential
- Experience with advanced marketing attribution models (MMM, MTA) to evaluate campaign success
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data and drive decisions based on insights
- Consulting & Presentation Expertise: Act as a confident paid media consultant, providing expert guidance, developing effective paid strategies and delivering insights clearly in presentations to stakeholders and leadership
- Team Collaboration & Support: Experienced in small, effective teams and consistently demonstrates strong team-player qualities
