Role Description The Performance Marketing Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Alabang. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing performance-driven marketing campaigns across digital channels, including paid search, paid social, and other online advertising platforms. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing campaign data, managing budgets, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), and preparing performance reports with clear insights and recommendations. The Performance Marketing Manager will collaborate closely with creative, content, and account management teams to align campaigns with client goals and ensure consistent brand messaging. The role also involves testing new strategies and channels, staying updated on industry trends, and proposing improvements to maximize return on ad spend and overall campaign effectiveness.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in performance marketing and digital advertising, including hands-on experience with platforms such as Google Ads, social media advertising, and analytics tools.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and ROI measurement, with the ability to interpret metrics and translate findings into actionable strategies.
  • Experience in campaign planning, budget management, and optimization, including A/B testing and audience segmentation.
  • Knowledge of SEO/SEM principles and familiarity with conversion rate optimization and landing page best practices.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and present insights to stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Ability to work on-site in Alabang, Muntinlupa City, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in agency settings or with brand activations and integrated campaigns is an advantage.
