Job Overview

We are looking for a hands-on, data-driven Performance Marketing Manager / Growth Manager to lead and scale our paid user acquisition strategies. This is a mid-level, execution-focused role for a sharp media buyer who thrives on high-volume traffic, loves numbers, and knows how to optimize budgets for maximum ROI.

You won't just be managing standard corporate social channels. In this role, you will be navigating and scaling campaigns across both Meta and major high-volume alternative entertainment ad networks.

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and specialized high-volume ad networks (e.g., TrafficJunky, ExoClick, JuicyAds).
  • Media Buying & Optimization: Manage significant ad spend, implementing aggressive bidding strategies, audience targeting, and real-time optimization.
  • Data & Analytics: Monitor and deeply analyze full-funnel metrics (ROAS, CAC, LTV, CTR) to drive data-backed growth decisions.
  • Compliance & Creative Testing: Rapidly test ad creatives, copy, and landing pages while skillfully navigating complex ad-network compliance rules and restrictions.
  • Funnel Conversion: Partner with creative and product teams to optimize user journeys from the initial ad click down to conversion.

Requirements

  • Experience: 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in Growth Marketing, User Acquisition, or Media Buying (This is a mid-level execution role, not a director-level position).
  • Platform Expertise: Proven track record of running high-spend, successful campaigns within Meta Ads Manager.
  • Niche Industry Background: Direct experience buying traffic on alternative entertainment networks, affiliate networks, or within highly competitive verticals (e.g., casual dating, high-risk entertainment, iGaming).
  • Data-Obsessed: Strong analytical skills with a solid grasp of attribution, Google Analytics, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
  • Mindset: Highly resilient, agile, and comfortable operating in fast-paced industries with strict advertising constraints.
