Performance Marketing Manager - PH

The Performance Marketing Manager plays a key role in driving digital media excellence, with a solid background in managing and optimizing campaigns across channels such as Lazada, Shopee, TikTok, and META. This role leads a team of Performance Marketing Associates and Specialists, oversees stakeholder engagement, and ensures the achievement of media plans, growth targets, and overall operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive targeted performance marketing initiatives that contribute to guided GMV growth.

  • Execute personalized and segmented marketing strategies to improve media efficiency.

  • Oversee the accuracy and completeness of media documents, including cost estimates and performance reports.

  • Maintain operational efficiency within media processes and ensure timely fulfillment of stakeholder requests.

  • Mentor and support Performance Marketing Associates and Specialists, working with the Head of Media on career development objectives.

  • Partner with the Head of Media to optimize team productivity and workflow.

  • Handle and interpret complex data sets, turning them into meaningful and actionable insights.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Communications, Marketing Management, or related fields.

  • At least 5 years of experience in digital media planning (site direct, paid search, and paid social).

  • Required experience in CPAS.

  • Familiarity with onsite platform solutions (Shopee, Lazada).

  • Previous experience in digital media trafficking, ad operations, or strong understanding of technical digital media setups.

  • Able to convert complex digital strategies and optimizations into clear, digestible insights.

  • Strong ability to translate business metrics into effective digital media strategies.

  • Intermediate knowledge of Excel.

  • Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.
