POSITION OVERVIEW

This role involves leadership and management and is a key contributor to the SEM and social media advertising efforts, requiring a deep understanding of digital marketing strategies and their applications, and people management.

You will be responsible for managing stakeholder/client communications and leading a team of associates focusing on campaign, execution, and optimization, in addition to mentoring and supporting junior team members in learning and improving digital marketing capabilities and career growth.

This role is based within our organization's Global Capability Center (GCC) hub, which supports the company's global operations through advanced media, technology, and data solutions. The GCC initiative is a key part of our strategy to enhance service delivery and drive innovation across our global network. You will have a unique opportunity to gain meaningful global exposure, working closely with international stakeholders and contributing to a diverse, worldwide portfolio across Omnicom's global business.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • People Management
  • Stakeholder & Client Management
  • Account Management
  • Account audit for several accounts
  • Coach and train junior members
  • Review and sign-off of team output - activation setup, plans, optimizations, and reports

DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Detail-oriented, highly organized with the ability to multi-task
  • Ability to troubleshoot and present solutions during critical situations
  • Ability to establish & maintain relationship with onshore client team
  • English language proficiency; strong communications and interpersonal skills
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and Powerpoint
  • Strategic planning across multiple digital channels
  • Knowledge of KPIs and formulation for cost ranges
  • Able to execute digital campaigns and report on the learnings
  • Profound knowledge across one or more search/social platforms; able to understand how the platform works as well as the core and optimization concepts with the ability to apply and communicate learnings effectively and efficiently.
  • 5 to 8 years of experience in campaign creation and knowledge in various digital media buying platforms.
