Kimirica is a luxury D2C brand, premium and 100% vegan, across bath and body, skincare, fragrance, and home and wellness. As we scale our D2C business, we are looking for someone to drive growth across Meta and Google and keep performance at the same standard as the brand.
About the Role
As Performance Marketing Manager, you will own paid acquisition and growth across Meta and Google. We want a hands-on operator who scales D2C brands through structured testing, performance analysis and agency management. Dedicated analytics support is available, so your focus is performance ownership, optimisation and growth decisions, not building reports.
What You'll Do
- Own growth across Meta and Google and build monthly and quarterly acquisition plans aligned to revenue targets
- Create campaign structures, audience strategies, budget plans and scaling roadmaps
- Improve ROAS, CAC and overall marketing efficiency
- Run consistent testing across audiences, creatives, offers, landing pages and campaign structures
- Be the primary point of contact for our media agencies, review their strategies, challenge assumptions and hold them accountable to growth and efficiency targets
- Scale winning campaigns while holding efficiency benchmarks, and resolve performance bottlenecks quickly
- Optimise budget allocation, audience segmentation, bidding and retargeting funnels
- Partner with creative and content teams to build high-performing, on-brand ad creatives, and keep a steady pipeline of fresh ones
- Work with the Data Analyst to read campaign and funnel metrics, and bring clear recommendations to weekly and monthly business reviews
What You Bring
- 4+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience
- Proven track record managing and scaling Meta and Google campaigns for D2C brands
- Strong working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Shopify and GA4
- Experience managing agencies and driving accountability
- Strong commercial and business acumen, and experience working closely with creative teams
- Preferred: experience in beauty, personal care, fragrance, wellness or premium lifestyle brands
- Preferred: experience managing monthly ad budgets of 20L+, attribution and measurement frameworks, and CRO and landing page optimisation
