Adeve Digital is a digital advertising and growth team working with established businesses across Southeast Asia.
We manage meaningful ad budgets across DTC ecommerce and lead generation, with a focus on strategy, creative, and business outcomes over campaign metrics alone.
Job Description :
- Manage, optimize and scale campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Work across both DTC ecommerce and lead generation accounts
- Monitor budgets and performance across multiple accounts
- Analyze performance and turn data into clear recommendations and next actions
- Develop and execute testing strategies across audiences, campaigns, offers and funnels
- Work closely with our Creative Strategy team to translate performance data into better-performing creative
- Identify and troubleshoot tracking, attribution and campaign issues
- Think beyond platform ROAS and understand the broader business metrics driving performance
Job Requirements :
- 2–4+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads
- Working proficiency with Google Ads
- Hands-on DTC ecommerce experience
- Shopify experience
- Working knowledge of GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel/CAPI and attribution
- Must have worked on an ad account with monthly spend of at least RM10,000
- You don't need to have independently led that account, but you should be comfortable operating within it
- Comfortable independently managing and optimizing campaigns
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Familiar with ecommerce metrics including CAC, ROAS, MER, CVR and AOV
- Able to explain the thinking behind your decisions rather than simply following an SOP
- High ownership, curiosity and willingness to learn
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Southeast Asian markets
- Experience managing both ecommerce and lead generation campaigns
