AT A GLANCE
The Performance and Growth Marketing Associate supports the day-to-day campaign monitoring across all paid media platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google, and Shopee), data pulling, email execution, and reporting – ensuring the team has accurate, timely information to make media and conversion decisions across all Sunnies brands.
YOUR OVERALL MISSION & DAY-TO-DAY
Paid Media Monitoring and Reporting Support
- Check daily campaign performance across Meta, TikTok, Google, and Shopee – flagging anomalies or budget issues to the Assistant Manager
- Pull platform-level data exports for weekly reporting cycles – ensuring accuracy and consistent formatting
- Maintain the campaign tracker through naming conventions, budgets, flight dates, and status updates across all active campaigns
- Support post-campaign reporting by compiling raw data from agency and platform sources
Analytics Support
- Assist in maintaining dashboard data sources through updating inputs, checking for data breaks, and flagging discrepancies
- Respond to ad hoc data pull requests from the Assistant Manager and broader team
Email Marketing Support
- Coordinate with Brand Teams on asset collection for upcoming email campaigns – tracking deadlines and following up on outstanding deliverables
- Support pre-send QA checks such as link testing, segment verification, and render testing across devices
- Update and maintain the email content and campaign calendar
- Pull post-send metrics and format them for the Assistant Manager's review
Agency Coordination Support
- Assist in compiling agency brief inputs through gathering brand assets, campaign parameters, and performance benchmarks
- Track agency deliverable deadlines and flag delays to the Assistant Manager
- Organize and file agency reports, creative assets, and campaign documentation
Agency Coordination Support
- Maintain shared team files, trackers and documentation in organized, accessible formats
- Support the team during campaign launch periods – additional monitoring, asset trafficking, and status updates
- Attend team and agency meetings, take notes and follow up on action items
YOUR TALENT
- Bachelor of Science in Marketing, Advertising, Business Management, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or a related field – internships and project-based work considered
- Basic familiarity with at least one paid media platform (Meta, TikTok, Google, or Shopee Ads)
- Comfortable working with data: exporting reports, organizing in spreadsheets, and checking for accuracy
- Strong attention to detail
- Preferably has exposure to email marketing tools (Mailchimp, Klavivo, or similar)
- Experience in retail, lifestyle, or consumer brand environment
- Familiarity with Google Analytics or basic web analytics concepts
