Responsibilities
- Analyze performance across paid media channels including Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, YouTube, programmatic, native, and emerging platforms
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly trends tied to CAC, ROAS, LTV, conversion rates, cohort behavior, and funnel efficiency
- Build and maintain dashboards using BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Microsoft Power BI) that leadership actively uses
- Partner with paid media, creative, and leadership teams to evaluate campaign and landing page performance
- Identify what's working, what's not, and provide clear, actionable recommendations
- Support budget pacing, forecasting, and scenario modeling
- Assist with attribution analysis, platform discrepancies, and data validation
- Help evolve measurement frameworks, testing methodologies, and reporting standards
Experience & Skills
- 47+ years of experience in performance marketing analytics, growth analytics, or digital marketing intelligence within DTC, eCommerce, media, or subscription businesses
- Strong commercial awareness and analytical instincts
- Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills
- Experience with BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Microsoft Power BI
- Strong knowledge of Google Analytics 4 and ad platform reporting
- SQL experience is a plus
- Ability to clearly communicate insights to non-technical stakeholders and confidently challenge assumptions when the data supports it
