Role Overview:

We're looking for a talented PerformanceMarketing Manager to drive our growth across US, AU, CA and UK. We welcome any experience, where you'll bring both creativity and analytical thinking to the table - building high-performing landing pages, crafting user tests, and creating ad copies that capture attention across Meta and Google. If you love experimenting, iterating fast, and turning ideas into measurable results, this role is for you.

As the Performance Marketing Manager, you will:

    .Optimize paid media campaigns for Facebook, Google Search etc. by supporting campaign and Ad setup and monitoring performance.

    .Conduct user research and analyze user behavior.

    .Maintain an efficient testing loop - sharing key insights to develop and find outperforming marketing performance

    .Derive key insights from analytics platforms like Google Analytics.

    .Stay on top of industry best practice across channel and creative, and promote best-in-class performance marketing methodology within the company.

    .Collaborate with design and marketing teams on new creative ideas.



Requirements

.Awareness and understanding in performance marketing or experience in a customer acquisition role for direct-to-consumer brands, bonus points for travel.

.Creative and analytical mindset - strong writing skills paired with ease of working with data to guide decision-making.
.Curious, proactive, and eager to learn - you take ownership and thrive in fast-paced environments.
.Strong cross-functional collaborator - able to work effectively with different teams, and international teams in different time zones.
.Clear communicator of insights and impact - can translate results, findings, and opportunities into actionable next steps, backed by data.
.Comfortable with digital marketing tools - familiar with platforms like Figma, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and similar.


Bonus points if you have:
.Previous experience in a start-up / hyper-growth environment (digital health and/or e-commerce is a plus).
.Experience writing or designing creatives for ads.
.Exposure to tools like Klaviyo.
