We are looking for an experienced Media Manager to join our team in a remote full-time position. This role focuses on planning, executing, and scaling our media buying strategies across multiple digital channels to maximize profitability and return on ad spend.

Key Responsibilities- Plan, manage, and optimize multi-channel digital advertising campaigns
- Analyze campaign performance data daily and track key performance metrics (ROAS, CPA, CTR)
- Coordinate closely with creative and marketing teams to align messaging and test new ad concepts
- Manage daily budgets, account health, and campaign scaling structures
- Prepare high-level performance reports and present insights to leadership
Requirements- Proven hands-on experience managing and scaling digital media buying campaigns
- Strong analytical skills with a heavy focus on data-driven decision-making and performance marketing
- Ability to work independently and solve problems efficiently in a remote environment
- Good communication, leadership, and teamwork skills
- Deep familiarity with major ad platforms, tracking setups, and analytics tools
