Job Description

Campaign Strategy And Execution

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Develop a structured approach to test, measure, and optimize all aspects of paid marketing campaigns.
  • Develop, implement, and manage performance-driven marketing campaigns across digital channels (Google, Meta, Shopee, Lazada, Tiktok Ads) to drive traffic, leads, and conversions.
  • Continuously optimize campaigns for cost-effectiveness and performance, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
  • Lead in developing KPIs and projections that accurately portray the objectives of each platform.

Paid Media Management

  • Plan, set up, and optimize paid media campaigns (search, display, social media, programmatic, etc.) to maximize performance and meet key business objectives.
  • Manage and optimize paid search (Google Ads and social media advertising such as Meta, Shopee, Lazada, Tiktok), ensuring efficient budget allocation and execution.
  • Conduct marketplace ads specialization and A/B and multivariate testing as needed
  • Integrate media campaigns with promotions and distribution pushes (distribution includes media campaigsn related to offline distribution efforts too, not just online).
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research, ad copywriting, and bid management to maximize traffic and conversions.

Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Analyze and report on performance metrics to evaluate campaign success and identify optimization opportunities.
  • Creation and use of dashboards and reports on performance
  • Use web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.) to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights.
  • Create detailed reports on campaign performance, including ROI analysis, and recommend strategies for improvement.
  • Main point person for data tracking and attribution ownership

Budget Management

  • Manage performance marketing budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation across campaigns and platforms to achieve desired results.
  • Monitor spending, track performance against targets, and adjust strategies to stay within budget while maximizing impact.

Lead Generation & Conversion Optimization

  • Focus on lead generation campaigns, working to optimize conversion rates through landing page testing, funnel optimization, and strategic messaging.
  • Implement retargeting strategies to engage users who have interacted with the brand and drive them further down the funnel.

Interdepartmental Collaboration

  • Work closely with the content, design, and product teams to develop effective ad creatives, landing pages, and marketing funnels.
  • Collaborate with the broader marketing team to ensure performance marketing efforts align with overall brand strategy and goals.

Market Research & Trend Analysis

  • Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends, performance marketing best practices, and new technologies.
  • Lead and conduct creative testing leadership as needed
  • Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify new opportunities for performance improvement.
  • Regularly review analytics and adjust strategies to continuously improve campaign performance.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, or a similar role with a proven track record of driving measurable result.
  • Ability to lead the overall progress and effectiveness of digital ad campaigns, analyze and interpret data, come up with the re- strategy on the duration of the campaign
  • Proven experience with performance marketing platforms (Google, Meta, Shoppee, Lazada, Tiktok)
  • Possess strong leadership, coaching and mentoring skills that will equip you to develop and pass on the digital marketing and other innovative practices to the company
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, especially paid search, paid social, display, and programmatic advertising and a thorough understanding of the inter-relationship and strategy for each of its forms.
  • Proven expertise in budget management, cost-per-acquisition (CPA) optimization, and ROI analysis, as well as other relevant metrics.
  • Knowledgeable in campaign reporting and analysis, including creating dashboards and performance reports.
  • Mastery of landing page optimization, conversion rate optimization and customer journey analysis.
  • Displays communication skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to present data-driven insights effectively.
  • Demonstrate a proactive attitude, flexibility and ability to manage and lead people.
  • A strong problem-solver, able to work under pressure and assimilate large quantities of information quickly, while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Has an acute eye for detail that will equip you to effectively oversee the digital marketing executions of all the company's digital campaigns.
