Performance Management Consultant

About the Role

The Performance Management Consultant will handhold, manage, and coach Rookies Advisors, ensuring they stay on track with their sales activities, receive the right interventions, and successfully progress through the program.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct daily business coaching sessions for Rookies Advisors.
• Monitor and track daily sales activities and individual performance.
• Organize sales activities such as seminars, roadshows, customer presentations, and webinars.
• Conduct regular one-on-one coaching based on individual performance and development needs.
• Identify performance gaps and organize appropriate training or intervention sessions.
• Work closely with sales leaders, business development, training, and management teams to support advisor performance.
• Prepare and present weekly performance updates to management.
• Participate in recruitment assessments to help identify quality insurance sales talent.
• Support other activities related to the development and performance of new insurance advisors.

Must-Have Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
• Digital savvy and comfortable using digital platforms/tools.
• Willingness to work with and develop sales talent in a coaching-focused environment.
• Win-win mindset.

Good-to-Have

• Experience in training and/or sales.
• Experience in coaching or performance management.
