Who We Are

Link Energie Industries Co. Inc. is a construction company with 22 years of experience, specializing in water infrastructure projects including pipelaying works, wastewater facilities, and reservoir engineering. We are currently managing seven (7) ongoing projects across Greater Metro Manila in partnership with Manila Water and Maynilad Water Services, Inc.

About the Job

The Performance Management and Employee Relations Supervisor oversee two critical HR pillars: performance management and employee relations. This role oversees performance systems, handles disciplinary cases and policy enforcement, partners with management and employees to address workplace concerns, align performance with business goals, and foster a positive, accountable, and engaged workplace culture.

About the Role

As a Performance Management and Employee Relations supervisor, you will be responsible for the following facets:

Performance Management

  • Develop, implement, and continuously improve the company's performance management system, including goal setting, KPIs, and appraisal cycles.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report performance data to support management decisions and workforce planning.
  • Guide managers on performance coaching, feedback, performance improvement plans, and corrective actions.

Employee Relations

  • Manage employee relations concerns, including disciplinary cases, grievances, and workplace issues, ensuring due process and compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Ensure consistent implementation and enforcement of company policies, recommending improvements as needed.
  • Partner with management and HR teams to foster a positive, accountable, and engaged workplace culture.
  • Perform other related duties in support of HR and organizational objectives.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
  • At least five (5) years of HR experience, with a strong focus on performance management and employee engagement
  • Minimum of two (2) years in a supervisory or team-lead role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with HRIS or performance management systems is an advantage
  • Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent) is an advantage
