Join HMR as our Performance & Growth Marketer and take ownership of our paid media and search channels. You'll use data-driven strategies to acquire customers, optimize campaign performance, and deliver measurable growth in traffic, leads, and revenue.
Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of hands-on digital / performance marketing experience (fresh, sharp, and eager to grow)
- Practical Google Ads experience — Search, Shopping, and Display
- Strong grasp of SEO and SEM fundamentals and best practices
- Working knowledge of paid media across multiple platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google)
- Familiarity with GEO and AEO — how to optimize for AI answer/generative engines
- Comfortable using AI tools and workflows for marketing tasks and automation
- Analytical mindset — comfortable with GA4, dashboards, and turning data into decisions
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Display, YouTube), Meta, TikTok, and other platforms
- Own SEO and SEM strategy to grow both organic and paid search visibility and traffic
- Optimize for AI-driven search — GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) and AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) so HMR surfaces in AI-generated answers and answer engines, not just traditional search
- Build and run AI-powered marketing workflows to scale content production, reporting, and campaign operations
- Track, analyze, and report performance against KPIs — ROAS, CAC, conversion rate, CPL, and channel efficiency
- A/B test landing pages, ad creatives, and funnels to lift conversion
- Manage budgets and continuously improve spend efficiency
