Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day performance initiatives, ensuring the team hits targets and maintains the highest standards of operational excellence.
- Take point on client onboarding, managing the nuts and bolts of new account transitions to ensure a flawless start.
- Work side-by-side with cross-functional departments to hunt down inefficiencies and roll out smarter ways of working.
- Own the reporting. You'll analyze performance trends and present ah-ha! insights into leadership.
- You aren't just a supervisor; you're a coach. You'll be responsible for upskilling your team and keeping the #iOPEXhappy@work spirit high.
- Help us refine our best practices and ensure everything we do is compliant and top tier.
Performance Excellence Manager
- Lead the firm's performance excellence initiatives, driving continuous improvement that moves the needle.
- Own the onboarding of new client accounts, ensuring a white-glove experience from day one.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to hunt down inefficiencies and implement sleek, modern operational workflows.
- Don't just report numbers, analyze them to provide the Why and the How for executive decision-making.
- Coach, mentor, and inspire a team of high performers to reach their full potential.
