Our client is seeking a Performance Content Producer who thrives at the intersection of creative storytelling and performance marketing to help scale their paid social advertising efforts.
As a Performance Content Producer, you will own the concepting, editing, and production of high-volume paid social creatives designed to drive measurable business results. This role is ideal for someone who understands not only what captures attention, but also what converts.
You will transform raw footage including UGC, studio, lifestyle, and product content—into compelling, conversion-focused advertisements across platforms such as Meta and TikTok. Working closely with the Growth and Creative teams, you'll help shape creative strategy while consistently delivering high-quality ad assets each week.
This is a full-time remote position (40 hours per week) that requires regular overlap with Eastern Time (ET) working hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Edit and deliver 15–20 performance-focused ad creatives per week for paid social channels.
- Transform raw video footage into engaging, conversion-driven advertisements.
- Develop creative hooks, messaging angles, and ad concepts informed by performance data.
- Analyze creative performance using Motion or similar analytics platforms, and apply insights to improve future creative output.
- Collaborate closely with the Growth and Creative teams to align on priorities, testing strategies, and campaign goals.
- Maintain brand consistency across all creative assets.
- Organize and stage creative assets within advertising platforms as needed.
- Stay up to date with DTC advertising trends, platform best practices, and emerging creative formats.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience producing and editing performance marketing creative for DTC, eCommerce, or consumer brands.
- Strong portfolio showcasing paid social advertisements across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, or similar platforms.
- Proven ability to produce high-volume creative while maintaining quality and strategic thinking.
- Experience using creative analytics tools such as Motion (or equivalent) to optimize creative performance.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects.
- Ability to contribute both strategic creative concepts and hands-on execution.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to quickly incorporate feedback.
- Experience working with lifestyle, wellness, consumer products, or humor-driven brands is a plus.
