Job Description

This is a commission-based role only. There is NO fixed salary or retainer.

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Candidate Sourcing Specialist to join our recruitment team. This position is designed for a self-starter who thrives in a performance-based environment. You will be responsible for sourcing and screening qualified candidates for open positions, primarily through platforms like LinkedIn, OnlineJobs, Upwork, and other relevant job boards.

Compensation: We are offering $200 for each successful placement you make.

This role is ideal for experienced recruiters or independent talent sourcers who are passionate about finding top-tier candidates and are confident in their ability to deliver results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source qualified candidates for open positions using platforms such as LinkedIn, OnlineJobs, Upwork, and more.
  • Conduct outreach to potential candidates, gauge their interest, and provide them with information about the positions.
  • Review resumes and job applications to assess candidates suitability.
  • Engage with candidates and conduct preliminary screenings to ensure they meet job requirements.
  • Maintain a detailed record of candidates, including sourcing channels and communication history.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to refine search criteria and ensure alignment with job requirements.
  • Stay proactive in building and maintaining an active candidate pipeline for future roles.
  • Provide regular updates on the status of candidate sourcing and placement efforts.
  • Track and report on your sourcing results to improve processes and outcomes.
  • Join our team meetings to understand the recruitment needs

Compensation:

  • Base salary: None
  • Performance-based compensation: $200 per successful placement.

Required Skills:

  • Proven experience sourcing candidates on platforms like LinkedIn, OnlineJobs, Upwork, and similar job boards.
  • Strong knowledge of candidate sourcing strategies and platforms.
  • Ability to assess resumes and profiles quickly and effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, especially in a remote setting.
  • Strong experience with lead generation or candidate outreach.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with candidates.
  • Familiarity with different recruiting platforms and tools.
  • Previous experience in a performance-based compensation structure is a plus.
