What You'll Do
Do you have a passion for helping others Whether it's getting answers for customers quickly, consulting on products with compassion or finding resolutions for their issues with a smile, you'll be the difference between their customer experience being just average or an exceptional one.
During a Typical Day, You'll
- Answer incoming communications from customers
- Conduct research to provide answers for customers to resolve their issues
What You Bring to the Role
- Completed at least 2 years in college, or Senior High School graduates are welcome to apply
- At least 6 months of customer service experience with upselling exposure, or at least 6 months of sales experience in a non-BPO setting (e.g., real estate, insurance)
- Ability to recognize, apply, and explain your product or service knowledge
- Demonstrates the ability to identify sales opportunities, address customer needs, overcome objections, and achieve sales targets.
- Strong customer service skills, high attention to detail, and a process-oriented mindset
- Flexibility to work varying schedules and the ability to deliver mandatory scripts accurately and consistently
- Computer experience
