Position Summary
As the People Systems Innovation and Analytics Associate, you will support the People Systems Innovation and Analytics Lead in delivering systems and innovation projects, analytics initiatives, and data governance activities that enable better people and business decisions. You will focus on enhancing HR systems, leveraging artificial intelligence and advanced analytics, and operationalizing data insights across the end-to-end HR lifecycle. You will also serve as a key HR systems administrator and change agent, ensuring smooth system operations, effective stakeholder communication, and adoption of new digital and AI enabled ways of working.
What you'll do
- Lead HR systems administration and innovation initiatives by managing HR technologies, optimizing system configurations and workflows, supporting AI-enabled solutions, and ensuring accurate data, documentation, and reporting.
- Deliver people analytics and actionable insights through dashboards, reports, and data analysis across the employee lifecycle, leveraging AI tools to enhance data exploration, storytelling, and decision-making while ensuring data governance and compliance.
- Partner with HR and business stakeholders to translate workforce needs into system and analytics solutions, communicate insights effectively, and build user capability in HR technologies, reporting, and AI tools.
- Drive project execution and change adoption by supporting HR systems, analytics, and AI projects; coordinating stakeholders; facilitating training and communication activities; and monitoring adoption to continuously improve user experience and business outcomes.
What you'll bring
Your strong passion to learn and accelerate your career, backed up with the following experience and knowledge:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field;
- At least 3 years of experience in HR, with hands on exposure to HR systems and people with analytics.
- Solid end to end HR experience or strong HR business partner or HR operations background, with familiarity across core HR processes such as recruitment, onboarding, learning, performance, compensation, and offboarding.
- Experience in implementing or supporting HR systems and digital or AI driven HR solutions.
- Preferably with experience in a specialist or supervisory role, leading small initiatives or workstreams, and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
- Experience using AI tools such as generative AI chat assistants, with demonstrated prompting skills to support analysis, content creation, and problem solving.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and HRIS platforms (e.g., Darwinbox, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
