Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced HR Operations professional to support the end-to-end employee lifecycle in a Shared Services environment. The role involves onboarding, employee records management, work pass administration, HR ticket management, and ensuring compliance with Singapore Employment regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding activities.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Process employment changes including transfers, promotions, resignations, and contract renewals.
- Administer Ministry of Manpower (MOM) work passes.
- Handle employee queries through the HR Ticketing System (Level 1 support).
- Prepare HR letters and employment-related documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and Singapore Employment Act.
- Maintain HR data accuracy within HRIS systems.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders for seamless HR service delivery.
- Support HR process improvement initiatives.
Required Skills
- 2–5 years of HR Operations experience.
- Experience supporting the complete employee lifecycle.
- Good understanding of Singapore Employment Act.
- Experience with MOM Work Pass administration.
- Experience working with HR Ticketing systems.
- HRIS knowledge.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
Preferred Experience
- Shared Services environment.
