Our Regional Team within the Finance Global Business Services is seeking a People Services Advisor to join our team. In this entry-level position, you will provide administrative and first-line support across the employee lifecycle, primarily supporting the Philippines while also assisting other APAC markets as required. You will play an important role in delivering a positive employee experience by responding to routine employee inquiries, processing transactions accurately, and supporting People Services activities in line with established processes and service standards. This position provides an excellent opportunity to build a career in Human Resources within a collaborative and fast-paced regional environment.

What you'll do

  • Provide first-level People Services support – respond to routine employee and manager inquiries through various intake channels and provide timely, customer-focused assistance.
  • Process employee lifecycle transactions – accurately process onboarding, employee changes, and offboarding activities in accordance with established procedures and service level agreements.
  • Manage and maintain employee requests – review documentation, create and update case records in the ticketing system, follow up on open requests, and ensure cases are appropriately resolved and closed.
  • Maintain data accuracy and confidentiality – ensure employee information is accurately maintained in HR systems while handling sensitive employee data with appropriate confidentiality.
  • Support HR administration and reporting – assist with document preparation, reporting, and other People Services administrative activities as required.
  • Collaborate and improve service delivery – work closely with People Services team members and HR colleagues to resolve routine inquiries, develop knowledge of HR processes and systems, and contribute ideas that improve team processes and employee experience.

About you

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field, with fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
  • No prior HR experience required, with up to 1 year of experience in administrative, customer service, shared services, or HR support roles considered an advantage.
  • Basic understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle activities, with a willingness to learn employment legislation, HR policies, and People Services processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Strong customer service orientation, organizational and time management skills, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build positive working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Ability to follow established procedures and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while handling confidential information with discretion.
  • Exposure to HR systems, ticketing systems, or shared services environments is an advantage but not required.
  • Proactive and willing to learn, with a commitment to continuous professional development.
  • Willingness to work in a hybrid arrangement, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (Manila Time).
