Your Role:
As a
People Rewards Specialist, you will:
- Manage the daily administration of employee benefits programs in the Philippines, including HMO, life insurance, leave policies, and statutory benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).
- Serve as a key point of contact for employee rewards inquiries, providing accurate information and resolving routine benefit issues.
- Process employee enrollments, changes, and terminations for all benefit plans accurately within strict deadlines.
- Ensure data integrity in HRIS and other systems while assisting with salary adjustments, bonus payouts, and total rewards reporting.
- Act as a vendor liaison for external benefit providers and assist in the reconciliation of benefit invoices.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date records to ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws and company policies.
What You Need:
Non-negotiables- Experience: 1+ years in HR administration or operations with exposure to Philippine employee benefits (open to high-performing entry-level candidates).
- Knowledge: Basic understanding of Philippine labor laws and statutory regulations (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Core Skills: Strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and excellent professional communication.
- Integrity: Proven ability to handle confidential information with the highest level of discretion.
Preferred skills/expertise- Familiarity with HRIS and benefits administration systems.
- Experience in reconciling benefit invoices and identifying data discrepancies.
- Strong customer service orientation with a desire to proactively help employees.
