Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive People Partner and Founder EA to lead talent acquisition, oversee day-to-day HR operations, and provide executive support to the leadership team. This role is responsible for building efficient people processes, managing the employee lifecycle, and ensuring executives can focus on strategic priorities by streamlining administrative and operational activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from workforce planning and sourcing through onboarding.
  • Coordinate interviews, candidate communications, offers, and hiring documentation.
  • Oversee HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, probation, regularization, employee records, benefits, leave administration, and policy implementation.
  • Partner with external HR, payroll, and Employer of Record (EOR) providers to ensure compliance and smooth HR operations.
  • Maintain HR documentation, employee handbook, and people policies.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and performance review processes.
  • Manage executive calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, and administrative priorities.
  • Coordinate executive approvals, meeting follow-ups, and key business deadlines.
  • Continuously improve and automate HR and administrative processes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • 5–8 years of experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, or People Operations.
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine Labor Code and employee lifecycle management.
  • Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment.
  • Experience supporting senior executives or founders is an advantage.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity.
  • Experience in a startup or fast-paced environment and familiarity with AI productivity tools is preferred.
