We provide everything from cloud and colocation to networking, security, and IT consulting. Our job is to make sure our customers infrastructure runs smoothly, so they can focus on their business.

The Role

We are looking for a fellow hands-on do-er and leader to join our HR team. You will work directly with other HR professionals and take on responsibilities for other departments whenever you see the need. A background in various parts of the business such as administration, sales, account management, finance, or IT is helpful. You will have opportunities to grow your career along with the company as you master additional skills and succeed with other responsibilities and goals.

This is a long-term, full-time, fully remote contract position which works a UTC/GMT-7 schedule, which is a night shift in PH. Candidates must have the equipment, connectivity, focus, and work ethic required to work effectively.

Strong English verbal and written communication are necessary, C1 minimum and C2 or native level preferred. You must apply with an English resume/CV to be considered for this role.

Responsibilities

  • Review resumes and applications, shortlist candidates, prepare documentation, schedule and conduct interviews
  • Document candidate feedback and share hiring recommendations according to organizational values and standards
  • Help conduct new employee orientations and coordinate onboarding, license acquisition, account setups, and offboarding
  • Conduct payroll, vendor communication, benefits tracking, training and development, recognition and events, and other HR responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance with and provide guidance on US and other countries labor laws and regulations
  • Develop, implement, administer, and adjust policies and procedures
  • Support company culture and change management initiatives, continuously improving the employee experience while balancing company needs
  • Lead initiatives across departments, working with stakeholders and driving internal projects forward
  • Take on stretch assignments to support, serve, and manage other teams and functions as needed

What You Should Have

  • Fluent English required (C1/C2 or native level – written and spoken)
  • 6+ years of experience in roles of increasing experience, including HR
  • Experience supporting other departments

Compensation and Benefits

Selected candidates job grade, title, and total compensation will be determined by the evaluation of factors including relevant skills, knowledge, and experience, English mastery, shifts taken, and geographic location. Employees and contractors who complete the first 90 days of employment will be eligible for Paid Time Off of up to 10 vacation/personal days, 5 sick days, birthdays off, and 8company holidays each year.
