Job Description
We are seeking a driven and organized People Operations Intern based in the Philippines to support our local and regional HR efforts. This internship offers hands-on experience in a dynamic, people-centric team, with opportunities to contribute to meaningful HR and employee experience initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding and offboarding
- Help maintain and organize digital HR files and documentation
- Support local and regional employee engagement programs
- Aid in compiling HR reports, surveys, and internal communications
- Provide support for compliance checks, benefits coordination, and HR tools
- Participate in regional projects focused on process improvements and employee experience
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across APAC
What Were Looking For
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Psychology, Business, HR, or a related course
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative attitude
- Detail-oriented, trustworthy, and enthusiastic about HR
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Available full-time for 3-6 months
