Job Description

We are seeking a driven and organized People Operations Intern based in the Philippines to support our local and regional HR efforts. This internship offers hands-on experience in a dynamic, people-centric team, with opportunities to contribute to meaningful HR and employee experience initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding and offboarding
  • Help maintain and organize digital HR files and documentation
  • Support local and regional employee engagement programs
  • Aid in compiling HR reports, surveys, and internal communications
  • Provide support for compliance checks, benefits coordination, and HR tools
  • Participate in regional projects focused on process improvements and employee experience
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across APAC

What Were Looking For

  • Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Psychology, Business, HR, or a related course
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative attitude
  • Detail-oriented, trustworthy, and enthusiastic about HR
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Available full-time for 3-6 months
