Job Description

We're hiring: People Operations Associate | Manila, Philippines

A fast-growing eCommerce enabler operating across Southeast Asia's biggest social commerce platforms is looking for a People Operations Associate to support the People & Culture Lead in managing office facilities, vendor relations, and administrative operations — keeping the business running smoothly behind the scenes.

What you'll own:

  • Event Management — end-to-end planning, budgeting, and execution of internal events, office celebrations, and company campaigns, including vendor coordination and post-event processing
  • Office Management — maintaining well-stocked supplies, overseeing general office upkeep including cleanliness and equipment, and coordinating with housekeeping personnel
  • Logistics Coordination — arranging and monitoring travel, transportation, courier, and other logistical services to support company operations and team requirements
  • Vendor Management — developing and maintaining vendor relationships, negotiating pricing and service agreements, and processing all P&C purchase orders via Xero with timely payment completion
  • Asset & Access Management — maintaining accurate records of asset issuance, transfers, and returns; facilitating access card enrollment and deactivation; and conducting periodic inventory and audits of office and studio assets
  • Budget Tracking — monitoring and reporting all administrative and departmental expenses, supporting credit card reconciliations, and providing reliable expense data to support budget planning
  • Recruitment Support — assisting the talent acquisition team with internship recruitment and ad hoc hiring tasks as needed

What you bring:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
  • DOLE Safety Officer 2 certified, or actively working toward completing the certification
  • Experience in project management, facilities coordination, or administrative operations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a high level of confidentiality and proactiveness
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to collect, track, and present multiple data sets
  • Keen attention to detail, ability to work independently with minimal supervision, and highly adaptable in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and collaborate across teams and with external partners
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Zoom, Xero, and other business productivity tools
