Role Overview
The People Experience Supervisor is responsible for bringing the Company's Vision and Mission to life by translating them into meaningful experiences, engagement initiatives, recognition programs, internal communications, and community activities.
As a steward of the Company's culture, this role partners closely with business leaders to ensure the Vision and Mission is consistently embedded in the employee experience, fostering a workplace where employees feel connected to the Company's purpose, demonstrate its values in their daily work, and contribute to a high-performance, collaborative, and inclusive culture.
Strategic People Experience
- Develop and implement an people experience strategy aligned with the company's Mission and Mission, business objectives, and organizational priorities.
- Design engagement programs that strengthen employee commitment, motivation, collaboration, and performance.
- Ensure all engagement initiatives have clear objectives, measurable outcomes, and business impact.
- Lead initiatives that enhance the people lifecycle, from onboarding through career development and retention.
- Identify opportunities to improve people experience through feedback, process improvements, and innovative programs.
- Promote a positive, inclusive, and high-performance workplace culture.
Data Analytics and Insights
- Analyze people engagement survey results, turnover trends, absenteeism, and other workforce metrics to identify opportunities and recommend solutions.
- Develop action plans based on employee feedback and organizational priorities.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness and ROI of engagement initiatives using relevant KPIs.
Business Partnership
- Collaborate with business leaders to understand organizational challenges and design engagement solutions that support business performance.
- Partner with HR Centers of Excellence on talent management, learning and development, performance management, wellness, and DEI initiatives.
- Coach managers on building engaged, high-performing teams.
Culture and Change Management
- Champion organizational values and culture through strategic communication and engagement initiatives.
- Support organizational change by developing engagement and communication plans that encourage employee adoption and resilience.
- Foster a culture of recognition, accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Communication and Recognition
- Develop employee communication strategies that improve transparency, alignment, and employee connection.
- Design and manage employee recognition programs that reinforce organizational values and desired behaviors.
- Ensure communication channels encourage employee feedback and two-way dialogue.
Program Management
- Plan, manage, and evaluate engagement initiatives, events, and campaigns that support strategic objectives.
- Manage engagement budgets, vendors, and project timelines effectively.
- Ensure programs are sustainable, scalable, and aligned with organizational priorities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5–8 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in employee engagement, organizational development, culture transformation, or employee experience.
- Demonstrated experience developing engagement strategies linked to business outcomes.
- Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting employee data and translating insights into action.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Strong project management and change management capabilities.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Experience working in fast-paced, growth-oriented organizations is an advantage.
