About Jardine Service Centre (JSC)

Jardine Service Centre is an organization fully owned by Jardine Matheson in HK which is a diversified Asian-based group with unsurpassed experience in the region, having been founded in China in 1832. JSC is responsible for providing back-office support to business units of Jardine Matheson (JML) by administrating transactional and rule-based activities including Finance, HR, IT and Procurement. We aim to deliver world-class services to our customers in a cost-efficient manner via process standardization, application of state-of-the-art technologies and process simplification.

As part of the Jardine Service Centre, we are looking for People Experience Specialist to support our internal people and culture processes mainly:

  • Benefits Administration & Employee Services
  • Compensation Management
  • Performance Management
  • Clinic Management
  • Employee Relations

Responsibilities:

  • Manages pre-boarding processes, government benefits administration, employee services delivery, wellness and engagement programs as well as compensation and performance management administration.
  • Aids in maintaining and regular review of people and culture processes, procedures and knowledge bases to ensure scalable support to employees and provide positive employee experience.
  • Works with the team to improve operational efficiency and regularly review the end-to-end employee life cycle by identifying opportunities for automation, process and policy changes, including seamless and integrated communication loop between employees and the People & Culture department.
  • Responsible for maintaining accuracy and completeness of employee personal and employment information.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience handling PH statutory benefits administration.
  • Well-versed in Philippine taxation and labor law and with in-depth knowledge of statutory monetary benefits.
  • Has continuous improvement mindset, comfortable in challenging status quo and demonstrated ability to work in fast-paced and changing environment.
  • Excellent client relationship building, collaboration and engagement skills, has strong sense of customer service, integrity, accountability and responsibility.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to multi-task and must have the ability to initiate, lead and work under minimal to nil supervision.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook), with intermediate skills in using Microsoft Excel.
