Position Summary

The role is responsible for delivering high-quality People operational reporting and analytics across the firm. This includes producing, updating, automating, and enhancing reports; handling ad-hoc reporting and analytics requests; and partnering closely with the Business Intelligence (BI) Group to enable effective operational reporting using People data.

The role supports the broader People function, HR Shared Services (HRSS), and other Business Services teams, and plays a key role in driving efficiency, improving reporting processes, and building reporting and analytics capability within HR Operations, including HRIS and HRSS teams in Manila.

Key Responsibilities

Reporting & Analytics

  • Own the portfolio of People operational reporting, ad-hoc reporting, and people analytics requests
  • Produce, update, automate, and enhance People reports using Power BI and other reporting tools
  • Deliver ad-hoc people analytics to support the People function, HRSS, and other Business Services teams
  • Act as an escalation point for non-standard or complex reporting requests

Stakeholder & Business Support

  • Capture reporting requirements from business stakeholders and ensure needs are clearly understood and accurately delivered
  • Educate HR Business Partners and other stakeholders on effective interpretation and use of People data
  • Provide value-added commentary and insights to support data-driven decision-making

Process Improvement & Enablement

  • Drive efficiency across existing reporting processes
  • Work with HR Operations and HRSS teams in Manila to build reporting capability and free capacity for higher-value work
  • Oversee and maintain documentation and guidance for all BAU People reporting

Collaboration & Governance

  • Work closely with the Business Intelligence Group to define, test, and validate People dashboards
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on People data for cross-functional dashboards
  • Participate in cross-functional reporting and analytics working groups, as required

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in HR reporting, data analytics, or operational reporting
  • Strong hands-on experience with Power BI (required)
  • Experience working with HR data, HRIS, or HR Shared Services environments
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills
  • Ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • High attention to detail and strong documentation skills

Preferred / Nice to Have

  • Experience in a global, professional services, or multinational environment
  • Exposure to working with Business Intelligence or centralized analytics teams
  • Knowledge of data governance, data quality, and data privacy principles
