You manage administrative work across the employee lifecycle, including recruitment coordination, employee records, and performance cycle documentation. You work within defined HR processes, ensuring data accuracy, scheduling coordination, and policy-aligned documentation across People & Culture activities.
The role operates through structured workflows involving HR systems, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders. It fits someone who follows defined procedures, manages multiple administrative inputs, and maintains consistency in records and coordination across HR processes.
YOU'RE LIKELY A STRONG FIT IF YOU HAVE
• At least 3 years in HR administration, recruitment coordination, or people operations support
• Experience maintaining employee records, HRIS data entry, and recruitment scheduling workflows
• Exposure to HR systems, Excel-based tracking, and structured reporting requirements
• Experience working within policy-based environments requiring documentation accuracy and escalation handling
• Ability to work onsite for 8 weeks followed by a structured hybrid schedule (3x onsite, 2x WFH) aligned to 8:00 AM–5:00 PM PHT
STRONG SIGNALS
• Experience using HRIS platforms or payroll systems
• Exposure to recruitment coordination or talent administration workflows

RESPONSIBILITY PILLARS
Recruitment Coordination & Candidate Administration
You manage end-to-end coordination of recruitment activities and ensure hiring workflows follow defined timelines and documentation standards.
• Manage job postings across platforms
• Schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates
• Maintain applicant tracking records and recruitment data accuracy
Employee Records & HRIS Management
You maintain employee data integrity across HR systems and ensure records are current, complete, and audit-ready.
• Update employee lifecycle records (onboarding to offboarding)
• Maintain HRIS data accuracy and system consistency
• Organize personnel files and documentation standards
Performance Cycle Administration
You coordinate documentation requirements across performance and probation cycles using structured HR processes.
• Schedule performance review and probation checkpoints
• Maintain performance documentation records
• Track completion status across review cycles
Employee Enquiry Handling & Escalation
You handle routine employee queries and route complex matters to appropriate People & Culture contacts.
• Respond to standard employee administration queries
• Route issues based on HR escalation guidelines
• Maintain enquiry logs for tracking and reference
Culture, Engagement & Internal Coordination
You coordinate administrative requirements for engagement activities and internal communication workflows.
• Maintain engagement survey tracking and participation records
• Support scheduling and documentation of culture activities
• Coordinate content updates across internal HR communication channels
