Your key responsibilities

Responsible for supporting the delivery of projects and engagements within the People Consulting practice. The Associate works closely with Senior Associates, Managers, and client stakeholders in supporting initiatives related to HR transformation, HR process improvement, HR technology enablement, digital workforce experience, change management, payroll advisory, and other people-related consulting engagements.

  • Support project teams in delivering HR transformation, HR process improvement, HR technology, change management, payroll advisory, and people-related consulting engagements
  • Assist in conducting stakeholder interviews, workshops, process walkthroughs, and requirements gathering sessions.
  • Support HR process mapping, process documentation, and HR taxonomy analysis activities across various HR functional areas.
  • Gather, validate, analyze, and organize data to support project assessments, recommendations, and client deliverables.
  • Conduct research, benchmarking, and analysis on HR practices, workforce trends, HR technologies, employee experience, and industry-leading practices.
  • Prepare project deliverables such as process maps, presentation materials, reports, business requirements, training materials, communication materials, and project documentation.
  • Support project coordination activities, including maintaining trackers, action logs, meeting minutes, risks, issues, and project documentation.
  • Assist in change management, communication, training, stakeholder engagement, and adoption activities for transformation initiatives.
  • Support HR technology and HRIS-related activities, including testing, data validation, documentation, user support, and implementation activities where applicable.
  • Participate actively in project discussions and contribute observations, analyses, and recommendations.
  • Demonstrate ownership of assigned work products and proactively escalate issues, dependencies, and risks.
  • Participate in internal capability-building initiatives, trainings, knowledge-sharing sessions, and team activities.
  • Perform other duties as assigned that support the achievement of project, team, and organizational objectives.

To qualify for the role, you must have:

  • Graduates in the following fields: Human Resources, Psychology, and other related disciplines.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Up to three (3) years of relevant experience in consulting, human resources, business operations, project coordination, business analysis, process improvement, data analytics, technology-related projects, or related fields.
  • Demonstrated interest in people, business transformation, organizational effectiveness, technology, or consulting.
  • Experience gained through internships, academic projects, leadership roles, student organizations, case competitions, volunteer work, or early professional experience is considered valuable.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

Ideally, you'll also have:

  • Exposure to HR, business transformation, process improvement, change management, payroll, or technology-related projects.
  • Exposure to process mapping, project coordination, stakeholder engagement, testing, training support, or data analysis activities.
  • Familiarity with HR systems, enterprise applications, or digital tools is an advantage but not required.
