Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with business leaders to deliver strategic HR support
• Manage employee relations (conflicts, disciplinary actions, grievances)
• Drive organizational development and change initiatives
• Oversee onboarding, L&D, and engagement programs
• Ensure compliance and improve HR processes
• Analyze HR data and provide insights to management
• Lead HR projects (system implementation, policy updates)

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of HR experience (HRBP preferred)
• Strong communication, problem-solving & data analysis skills
• Solid understanding of Local labor laws and HR practices
