Job Summary
The People Business Partner Manager is responsible for overseeing strategic human resources support for assigned business units, ensuring alignment between people strategies and business priorities. The role focuses on talent management, organizational development, employee engagement, and HR operations support within a technology-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Build strong partnerships with business leaders and department managers
- Provide strategic HR guidance on people-related matters
- Lead employee engagement and culture initiatives
- Support performance management and leadership development programs
- Handle employee relations concerns and conflict resolution
- Drive HR process improvements and policy implementation
- Assist in organizational restructuring and workforce planning initiatives
- Ensure HR compliance and operational efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or related course
- Must come from a Technology or IT industry background
- At least 5 years experience as an HR Business Partner
- At least 3 years managerial experience handling HR teams or functions
- Strong experience in employee relations and organizational development
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
