We are searching for a strategic and people-centric People and Culture Associate to champion our employee experience, support organizational growth, and guide our teams in maintaining a vibrant workplace culture. This is a foundational role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, creative, and highly collaborative environment.

Location: Quezon City, Philippines

Work Setup: Hybrid

Your Responsibilities

  • Recruitment & Onboarding

Like crafting a world-class party guest list—make sure the right talent walks in.

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting (JD creation, sourcing, screening, interviews).
  • Build onboarding experiences that feel personal, warm, and organized.
  • Create hiring scorecards and workflows that support a small, agile team.
  • Employee Relations & Culture
  • Serve as the bridge between what the team feels and what the company needs.
  • Address employee concerns with empathy and clarity.
  • Support conflict resolution in a calm, constructive manner.
  • Lead culture-building efforts—team events, recognition, small morale boosters.
  • HR Operations & Compliance

Keep everything steady behind the scenes, like a well-tuned system running in the background.

  • Maintain employee records, contracts, 201 files.
  • Manage attendance, leaves, disciplinary documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with PH labor laws and company policies.
  • Performance & Development

Nurture growth—the kind that lifts the team to its next creative evolution.

  • Assist in performance reviews and development plans.
  • Support managers in setting KPIs and feedback loops.
  • Identify training needs and coordinate learning sessions.

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of HR experience, preferably in a startup, agency, or creative environment.
  • Strong knowledge of PH labor laws.
  • Great communicator—with empathy, discretion, and a steady presence.
  • Organized, reliable, and flexible enough to thrive in a fast-moving team.
  • Comfortable wearing many hats (sometimes all at once).
