Job Description
The People Analytics and HRIS Analyst drives data-informed decision-making and maximizes our HR technology stack. In this role, you will oversee HRIS administration and automation, build actionable dashboards, and conduct compensation benchmarking. You'll also play a critical role in consolidating key HR metrics—including manpower costs, budgets, risk management plans, and service level satisfaction—to optimize processes and elevate the overall employee experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of relevant Human Resources experience with exposure to HR analytics, HRIS administration, compensation, HR operations, or other HR areas.
- Familiarity with compensation principles and practices is an advantage.
- Comfortable working with HR data and able to identify and provide insights from data and trends.
- Proficiency in spreadsheet and data management tools.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace and collaboration tools.
- Experience or familiarity with HRIS platforms, dashboarding, data visualization, and automation tools is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
