Role: People & Culture Shared Service Data Analyst

Work Arrangement: Work From Office

Location: Philippines - Pampanga (Angeles)

Schedule: Morning shift

Job description:

Onboarding, Cross-boarding and Offboarding Employees

  • Manage the onboarding processes and data for all new starters, including updating of various systems
  • Drafting change of employment letters, termination letters, and new contracts
  • Saving documents to the relevant employee files
  • Probation letter management
  • Parental leave/secondment record keeping
  • Manage the offboarding processes in relevant systems

Administrative Support

  • Processing of invoices
  • Providing monthly reports for Built Worthy spot awards
  • Updating Built IQ SharePoint site with data changes
  • Provide adhoc data and reports when requested by the P&C team and other areas of the business (e.g. submissions)
  • Maintain offer letter templates
  • Coordinate the annual skin check and flu vaccination clinics

Employee Support

  • Manage the shared inbox and respond to employee enquiries
  • Support P&C team with system access and 1st tier technical support for HR systems
  • Support employees with questions

Database Administration

  • Maintain picklists for fields (e.g. Job Role and Projects)
  • Review daily payflows and investigate and resolve issues
  • Ensure employee data in various systems remains current (e.g. Sonder, Shawl Group)
  • Provide new user access to systems (e.g. Built People, Vieple, PageUp)

Non-negotiable skills & requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years experience in a shared services or HR support role, ideally within a construction environment.
  • Proficiency in advanced HR systems and data analysis tools
  • Experience with technical systems is essential to support further system enhancements, as well as to build system-based reports and dashboards. We are looking for someone with strong analytical skills, akin to a Business Analyst, but who is also willing to assist with HR processing tasks. The role leans more towards Data Analytics.
  • Create reports and dashboards within various HR and recruitment systems and tools.
  • Identify incorrect data and collaborate with the People & Culture (P&C) team to update and improve data and reporting accuracy.
  • Identify opportunities to present data that provides people insights to the P&C team.
