What You'll Do
Shape & Drive the People Strategy
- Partner with functional leaders to develop a people strategy that accelerates business performance.
- Translate strategic priorities into actionable plans and ensure successful deployment across the organization.
Lead Organization Evolution & Change
- Help design the organization of the future by anticipating business needs and proposing innovative people solutions.
- Lead and support transformation and optimization initiatives using effective change leadership tools and practices.
Coach, Influence & Elevate Leadership
- Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders on workforce planning, organization development, labor relations, and performance management.
- Strengthen leadership and managerial effectiveness through coaching, insights, and data-led recommendations.
Build Talent & Capability for Tomorrow
- Ensure a strong, sustainable talent pipeline for critical roles within the region.
- Drive talent discussions, succession planning, and performance calibration.
- Guide leaders in building capabilities through meaningful development plans and tailored learning opportunities.
Champion Engagement, Inclusion & WellBeing
- Translate employee insights into practical actions that enhance inclusion, engagement, wellbeing, and team effectiveness.
- Bring our PMI DNA behaviors and growth mindset to life through initiatives that resonate locally while aligned with global standards.
Safeguard a Strong Employee Experience
- Provide guidance on complex employee and labor relations matters.
- Ensure consistent policy application and adherence to local regulatory requirements.
- Partner with P&C centers of expertise to ensure excellent delivery of core P&C services.
What You Need To Have
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Management, or related field.
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including 5 years in a Business Partner role within a dynamic environment.
- Strong grounding in P&C areas such as, but not limited to Organization Effectiveness, Talent & Leadership Development, Talent Acquisition, Performance & Reward, Employee Experience
- A mindset that datadriven, businessfocused, and experienceled
- Excellent relationshipbuilding, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, manage multiple priorities, and influence at all levels.
- Strong consulting and coaching skills, grounded in empathy and practicality.
Work Schedule and Location:
- Generally, Mondays to Fridays, fulltime onsite
