Responsibilities

• Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Security Penetration Testing engagements.
• Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute security testing initiatives.
• Drive technical decisions and provide guidance across multiple project teams.
• Develop and implement comprehensive security testing strategies to identify vulnerabilities in systems, applications, and enterprise environments.
• Conduct penetration testing, vulnerability assessments, and security evaluations to strengthen organizational security posture.
• Analyze security findings and recommend remediation strategies aligned with industry best practices.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members on security testing methodologies and remediation approaches.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to continuously improve security processes and reduce organizational risk.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Security Penetration Testing or Offensive Security.
• Expert-level proficiency in Security Penetration Testing methodologies and best practices.
• Strong understanding of network security concepts, protocols, and attack methodologies.
• Experience using vulnerability assessment and penetration testing tools.
• Solid knowledge of security frameworks, governance, and compliance standards.
• Familiarity with incident response processes and threat intelligence.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to lead initiatives, collaborate across multiple teams, and deliver high-quality security assessments.
