Katalyst.ph is a growing company and has ventured into the healthcare and medical sector with established businesses and new, dynamic startups.

As an Associate Physician, you will inherit a number of clinical protocols from the practice. You will be closely supervised during your probationary months by a senior physician.

• Treats and cares for patients with consideration of economic resources.

• Deals with the reality of private practice today by working within the confines of the health insurance formularies.

• Provides formal progress reports on the medical care administered to patients to the practice's medical board.

• Attends training seminars when required to do so. Seminars and training will range from common stock CME hours to proprietary systems training on electronic medical records and telemedicine systems.

Minimum Qualifications

• We're only hiring MD physicians at this time.

• Active medical license in the State in which he or she plans to practice.

• Expect in-depth scrutiny of board certifications and professional references, especially if those references are located out-of-state. Katalyst.ph and its partners prefer locally-based professionals.

• Will be assigned to an office within a private practice network in the San Francisco Bay area.

• Reports to a Supervising Physician.

• Will be assigned a caseload and patient base, which is defined and allotted by a myriad of criteria. One way that the caseload is defined is by quantity: the number of patients and number of special/specialty cases.

• Patient bases are also defined by median age and demographic makeup.

• Your caseload will be discussed with you, along with KPIs.
