Responsibilities

• Review digital map data against defined mapping guidelines to identify inaccuracies and ensure consistent high quality updates for global users in a rotational shift hybrid environment
• Analyze location based information such as addresses points of interest and road attributes to validate correctness and enrich the overall maps content used by diverse applications
• Execute detailed comparisons between multiple data sources including internal tools open data and imagery to detect missing features and propose accurate corrections
• Document mapping issues clearly in English by writing concise descriptions and justifications that help internal teams understand and resolve defects efficiently
• Collaborate with cross functional team members through online communication channels to clarify requirements share findings and align on mapping standards that support company objectives
• Apply logical problem solving techniques to ambiguous mapping scenarios by interpreting written guidelines and choosing the most appropriate data representation for each case
• Monitor daily task queues and personal productivity metrics to maintain steady throughput while meeting or exceeding accuracy service level targets defined for the maps program
• Provide constructive feedback on mapping tools workflows and data rules to improve overall process efficiency and to support continuous enhancement of the maps platform
• Support quality audits by preparing clear evidence examples and explanations that demonstrate how mapping decisions were taken based on documented rules and customer expectations
