Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented PCN Coordinator/Technician for a 5-month contract period. This role is primarily administrative, focusing on Product Change Notifications (PCNs). The successful candidate will support the team by maintaining accurate records, tracking communications, and preparing documentation related to PCNs.

Key Responsibilities

• Archive communications: Maintain internal and external communication records in databases and trackers for audit readiness and KPI management.
• Backlog Inventory Analysis: Conduct BIA for custom PCN preparation and issuance.
• Track approvals: Monitor and follow up on communications related to approval of custom PCNs.
• Monitor issuance: Ensure timely issuance of custom PCNs by tracking due dates.
• Prepare and issue Document PCNs including datasheets and errata.
• Update customer profiles: Maintain and update PCN customer information to ensure accuracy and consistency.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Mandatory Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
• Ability to work with minimum supervision.

Preferred Skills

• Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational and administrative skills.
• Good time management skills. Ability to adapt successfully to multiple tasks that occur in a rapidly changing environment.
• Experience with database management and document tracking.
• Ability to analyze backlog inventory and prepare structured reports.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Familiarity with PCN processes and quality systems is an advantage.

Education and Experience

• Graduate of any Technical course.
• Good scholastic records with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
