Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Professional Billing (Pb) Medical Coder located in Pasig. The Pb Medical Coder will analyze, review, and accurately assign medical codes for diagnoses, procedures, and services in compliance with regulatory guidelines. The role involves working collaboratively with healthcare providers and administrative teams to ensure accurate documentation while supporting overall revenue cycle management. The coder will also actively assist in resolving billing discrepancies and optimizing reimbursement processes.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Medical Coding and Medical Terminology
• Experience with Coding, including knowledge of applicable coding guidelines and requirements
• Familiarity with Health Information Management practices and regulatory compliance standards
• Credentialed as RHIT (Registered Health Information Technician) or equivalent certification
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Health Information Management, medical coding, or related field preferred
