Job Description

Primary responsible to compile time and attendance data from employees across departments; verifies and accurately records employees time and attendance; Tracks attendance applications including leave and overtime; ensures timely submission of timesheets and supports payroll in the issuance of pay slip.

  • Can work with limited supervision and ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.

  • Proven work experience as a timekeeper or similar role (manual and system)

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Collects employees DTR (Daily Time Record) and payroll information.
  • Verifies employee attendance and pro-actively validates to employee.
  • Maintains timekeeping and payroll databases.
  • Confirms and reports possible AWOL cases to Employee Relations for issuance of RTWN.
  • Monitors and records timekeeping attendance performance of all employees and reports tardiness memo, if any.
  • Prepares and issues pay slip.
  • Answers timekeeping-related queries and disputes of employees.
  • Assists Comp & Ben of any benefits related activities
