Primary responsible to compile time and attendance data from employees across departments; verifies and accurately records employees time and attendance; Tracks attendance applications including leave and overtime; ensures timely submission of timesheets and supports payroll in the issuance of pay slip.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Collects employees DTR (Daily Time Record) and payroll information.
- Verifies employee attendance and pro-actively validates to employee.
- Maintains timekeeping and payroll databases.
- Confirms and reports possible AWOL cases to Employee Relations for issuance of RTWN.
- Monitors and records timekeeping attendance performance of all employees and reports tardiness memo, if any.
- Prepares and issues pay slip.
- Answers timekeeping-related queries and disputes of employees.
- Assists Comp & Ben of any benefits related activities
