- Validate payroll inputs and create upload files for payroll processing
- Run and validate payroll results for specific payroll processes
- Calculate final pay calculations of terminated employees
- Generate and validate payroll reports
- Perform year end tax reconciliation and validation
- Generate and validate alphalist
- Generate and validate BIR 2316 forms
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in payroll processing
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Excel
- Qualities and Traits: Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to handle confidential information
