Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the company's timekeeping system, ensuring accurate and timely recording of attendance, shifts, leaves, and overtime.
  • Prepare and validate attendance reports for payroll processing.
  • Handle validation and processing of OIC (Officer-In-Charge) and ACA (Acting Capacity Allowance) records.
  • Validate and process uncredited overtime and absences to ensure payroll accuracy.
  • Generate and review payroll-related reports (Overtime, ACA, OIC, Absences) in coordination with the Payroll team.
  • Prepare Absences and Leave Reports, monitoring usage and compliance with company policies.
  • Provide ad hoc timekeeping and HR reports as required by management.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for timekeeping inquiries and issue resolution across departments.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and internal timekeeping procedures.
  • Support system enhancements and user testing for HRIS/timekeeping systems.
  • Collaborate closely with HR, Payroll, and Operations teams for data accuracy and policy alignment.

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must have a background on Human Resource specifically on timekeeping/payroll, HRIS, and other HR administrative tasks.
  • Proficient in HRIS/timekeeping systems (Workday).
  • Excellent attention to detail, confidentiality, and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and coordination abilities.
  • Candidate must be flexible, adaptable to change, independent, resourceful, and strategic.
  • Candidate must have at least 1 year related work experience.
